CLAVIERS BAROQUES presents...
Information: The
full line of Paris Workshop Instrument kits is available in various
stages of construction, from "flat" (just
the parts and instructions) to finished (sit down and play it), with or
without decoration. These "kits" are world famous. They range
from easy to professional.
Very little cutting or shaping is required - only simple tools are needed.
You can build one, lots of people aready have, and we'll be glad to help.
Check out the FAQ to find out more about
ordering and building a harpsichord from a kit. Don't have the time or
the space? We would be happy to build the kit of your choice for you here
in our shop.

[below] Building a harpsichord can be a family
project. Annie B. of Montreal and her father built Annie's Flemish single
from a Version 1 kit in about 9 months, including full Flemish decoration
and soundboard painting. See the photo-documentary
she made.
